POLICY AND GUIDELINES:
Registration and payment for the HorseFeathers Winter Break Horse Camp must be completed and submitted to HorseFeathers at 770 Bryson Lane, Midlothian TX 76065 or colleen@horsefeathersequine.com (paypal and e-mail). Registration and deposit of $20 per camper, per camp day, is due by December 21st. Payment of deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your space. Due to limited space, refunds will not be given. There will be no proration of fees for any hours a participant cannot attend. Day camp is rain or shine.

AGE GUIDELINES: Winter Break Horse Camp is for participants aged 8 and up. No experience required. Children must be comfortable with a drop off situation.

HOURS:  Drop off will be 9 am and pick up will be 5 pm. Early drop or late pickup can be arranged for an additional fee.

Medical Needs/Allergies: HorseFeathers is not permitted to administer medication to program participants. In the event of a medical emergency, HorseFeathers will administer first aid, CPR, and rescue in the best interest of the participant. Emergency contact will be contacted if care is administered.

Dress Code: Participants should dress appropriately for the activities scheduled. HorseFeathers recommends jeans, layers, and some type of boot with a heel. Mud boots are recommended if we have had a lot of rain. These can be brought as an extra pair of shoes. Sandals, flip-flops, rubber “crocs”-style shoes, tennis shoes, and other open-toed shoes are not acceptable attire for ranch activities, but may be packed in case of extracurricular activities. Please send your child with appropriate under/outerwear for possible cold weather. Riding helmets are provided if you don’t own one. No bicycle helmets allowed.

Personal Belongings: Please have all personal items labeled with first and
last name or together in a bag/backpack.

Nutrition/Snacks: Participants should come equipped with a water bottle or canteen labeled clearly with their name (no glass containers permitted) and packed lunch/snacks.

ELECTRONIC POLICY: Participants are able to bring cellular devices, but they must stay turned off and out of site during camp hours. They are to be used only in case of

Winter Break Horse Camp!


Dates: December 27th, 28th & January 2nd, 3rd, 4th
Time: 9am-5pm

Pack your own lunch and water bottle!


Crafts, games, Horses and more!
No experience necessary.  This is a safe, learning environment for the campers passionate about horses or just wanting to see what it's about!  Ages 8 and up.

Cost is $55 for the day per camper and we need a minimum of 5 campers to make it worthwhile.
